AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN.PARK AMEND-
ING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO
CHANGE THE ZONING OF PROPERTY ON
BALDWIN PARK BOULEVARD AND DALEWOOD
AVENUE FROM A-1 TO M-1, ZONE CASE
NO. Z-28.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section l. That the following described real
property, situated on the southerly corner of Baldwin Park
Boulevard and Dalewood Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, namely:
That portion of Rancho La Puente, in
the County of Los Angeles, State of California,
within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at a point which bears north
50° 541 west 40 feet and south 39° 061 west,
305 feet from the most northerly corner of Lot
11, El Monte Walnut Place, as shown on map
recorded in Book 6, page 104 of Maps, in the
office of the Recorder of said county; thence
south 39° 061 west 205 feet; thence north 59°
281 west to a line parallel with and 20 feet
southeasterly, measured at right angles, from
the southeasterly line of Baldwin Park Boule-
vard, formerly Covina Street, as shown on map
of Tract No. 718, recorded in Book 17, page 17
of Maps, in the office of said Recorder; thence
north 39° 061 00" east along said
155.85 feet; thence north 83° 291 20"a east 20.199
feet to a line parallel with and 40 feet south-
westerly, measured at right angles, from the
southeasterly prolongation of the centerline of
Fairgrove Street, 40 feet wide, as described in
deed to said County, recorded in Book 9895, page
95 of Official Records, in the office of said
Recorder; thence south 50° 541 east 92.46 feet
to the beginning of a curve concave to the north-
east, tangent to said last mentioned course and
having a radius of 243.00 feet; thence north-
easterly along said curve 205.48 feet; thence
south 50° 541 00" east 385.76 feet; thence east-
erly in a direct line to the point of beginning,
is rezoned from A-1 to M-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and designated
as Section 9100.2 of said Code, is amended as shown on the
following map:

ORD 165ê79wV ×P è | Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This ordi-
nance shall take effect thirty days after the date of its
adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk this 3rd day
of October 1960

regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park at its regular meeting held on the
3rd day of October 1960,
