AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING SECTION 2903 OFTHE BALDWIN
PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
REMOVAL OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICER.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 2903 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
2903. Removal of Chief Administrative Officer.
The City Council may remove the Chief A inistrative
Officer at any time by a majority vote of its members.
If requested, the Council may grant him a public hear-
ing within thirty 30) days following notice of removal.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished, or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk this
