AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING TAXICAB PROVISIONS OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Subsection a) of Section 6220 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended to read, as follows:
a) Fifty cents 50¢) for the first one-half
mile or fraction-thereof; and ten cents
10¢) for each additional one-fourth mile
or fraction thereof, except on Sundays,
holidays and from 6:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.
on all other days when the charge shall be
ten cents 10¢) for each additional one-
fifth mile-or fraction thereof.
Section 2. Section 6221 of said Municipal Code
is amended. by:
1. Deleting from subsection d) thereof the
words and the cab number"; and
2. Deleting from subsection f) thereof the
second sentence.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required, by law. This ordi-
nance shall take effect thirty days after the date of its
adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested. by the City Clerk this 21st
day of November 1960.
