AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK PRO-
VIDING COMPENSATION AND HEALTH
AND WELFARE INSURANCE FOR MEMBERS
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. A new section,numbered Section
2301.3, is added to Chapter 3, Article II of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code to read as follows:
2301.3. Planning Commissioners. The members
of the Planning Commission shall receive a salary
of 10.00 per month.
Section 2. Section 2302 of said Chapter 3,
Article II of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended
to read as follows:
2302. Health and Welfare Insurance. The
City shall pay toward t e premium o e ected
officers and members of the Planning Commission
who participate in a health and welfare plan
adopted.by the City, the same sum paid.on behalf
of other officers and employees of the City. Health
and welfare plan, as used in this section, includes
any one or more of the following: hospital, medical,
surgical, disability or related benefits, and group
life insurance.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published as required by law. This ordinance shall be-
come effective thirty days after the date of its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk this 16th
day of January 19 61
