ORDINANCE NO. 175
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 3369(a) OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO CURB
MARKINGS.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the opening paragraph of Subsec-
tion a) of Section 3369 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code is amended by adding thereto, immediately after the
words set forth," the following words and figures:
except insofar as in conflict with regulations
adopted under Section 3346 for which appropriate
signs or markings have been installed."
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published
as required by law. This ordinance shall become effec-
tive thirty days after the date of its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk this 20th day
of February, 1961.
