AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDNIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE SAID CITY TO
CHANGE THE ZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF DALE-
WOOD STREET AND BALDNIN PARK BOULEVARD
IN THE CITY OF BALDNIN PARK, CALIFORNIA,
FROM R-3 to M-I IN ZONE CHANGE CASE NO.
Z-28.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDNIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the hereinafter described real property
located on the southwesterly corner of Dalewood Street and Baldwin
Park Boulevard, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described as:
That portion of Lot 43, Tract No. 718, as shown
on map recorded in Book 17, page 17 of Maps, in
the Office of the Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles, within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of the southwesterly
line of said Lot 43, with a line parallel with and
20 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles,
from the southeasterly line of said Lot 43; thence
northeasterly along said parallel line 420.00 feet;
thence northerly in a direct line to a point, said
point being the intersection of a line parallel with
and 40 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles,
from said southeasterly line with a line parallel
with and 440 feet northeasterly, measured at right
angles from said southwesterly line; thence north-
westerly along last mentioned parallel line 291.22
feet to a point, said point being the beginning of
a curve concave to the southwest, tangent to last
mentioned course and having a radius of 183 feet;
thence westerly along said curve to a line parallel
with and 350 feet northwesterly, measured at right
angles, from said southeasterly line, thence south-
westerly along last mentioned parallel line to said
southwesterly line; thence southeasterly along said
southwesterly line to the point of beginning.
is hereby rezoned from R-3 to M-1.
SECTION 2. That the zoning map adopted by Section 9100.104
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and designated as Section 9100.2
of said Code is amended as shown by the following map:

SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the man-
ner required by law. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after
the date of its adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 27th day of March 1961.
