AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO
CHANGE THE ZONING OF PROPERTY ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF CLARK STREET
BETWEEN LANDIS AVENUE AND MAINE
AVENUE FROM R-1 TO R-3, ZONE CASE
NO. Z-84.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property, situated on the south side of Clark Street
between Landis Avenue and Maine Avenue, at approximately
14308 Clark Street, in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, namely:
Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14 of Tract 1342
as recorded in Map Book 18, pages 122, 123
of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County,
is rezoned from R-1 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and
designated, as Section 9100.2 of said Code, is amended
as shown on the following map:

ORD 178ê79wV ×P è º Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of
its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk this 17th day
of April 1961.
