AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE
THE ZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE SOUTH-
EAST CORNER. OF BADILLO STREET AND
PUENTE AVENUE FROM A-1 TO R-3, ZONE
CHANGE CASE NO. Z-89.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property, situated on the southeast corner of Badillo
Street and Puente Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, namely:
Lot 105, Tract No. 962, as shown on
map recorded in Book 21, pages 74 and 75,
of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
and designated as Section 9100.2 of said Code, is
amended as shown on the following map:

adoption of this ordinance and cause,the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and. attested by the City Clerk this 1st
day of May 1961.
