AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING THE ZCNING MAP OF THE CITY TO
CHANGE THE ZCNIN G OF PROPERTY CN
GAR VEY AVENUE ADJACENT TO THE SAN
BERNARDINO FREEWAY FRCM A-1 TO
C-2, ZCNE CASE N0, Z-90,
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does ordain
as follows:
Section 1, That the following described real property,
situated on Garvey Avenue adjacent to the San Bernardino Freeway, in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
namely:
Lots 22 and 23, Tract No, 11815, as shown
on map recorded in Book 215, pages 6 and 7
of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles, together with
those portions of Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24,
25, 26, and that certain alley, 20 feet
wide, as shown on map of said Tract No,
11815, which lie southeasterly, southerly
and westerly of the southeasterly, southerly
and westerly lines of Garvey Avenue as same
existed on January 13, 1961, and a portion
of Lot 29, El Monte Walnut Place as shown
on map recorded in Book 6, page 104 of said
Maps, as shown on accompanying sketch,
is rezoned from A-1 to C-2,
Section 2, That the Zoning Map adopted by Section 9100,104
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and designated as Section 9100,2
of said Code, is amended as shown on the following map:

of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in
the manner required by law. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
days after the date of its adoption.

attested by the City Clerk this 1st day of May
