AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 9266
OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE
REVISING THE SUBDIVISION FEE REQUIRE-
MENTS; DECLARING.THE URGENCY THEREOF,
TO TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 9226 to the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is amended to read:
9226. Checking Fee. In addition to all
other fees and charges required by law upon
submitting the tentative map and final map
or approved record of survey map under the
provisions of Section 11593 of the Sub-
division Map Act, the subdivider shall pay a
plan checking fee to the City Engineer in
accordance with the schedule adopted by the
City Council.
Section 2. This ordinance is passed as an
emergency measure, and the Council does, by the vote by
which this ordinance is passed, hereby declare that an
emergency exists which makes it imperative that this
ordinance should become effective forthwith in order
that the public health, welfare, and safety might more
effectively be provided for.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk this 17th day of ju iv
1961.
