AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO
CHANGE THE ZONING OF PROPERTY
SITUATED IN VICINITY OF MERCED
AVENUE., PACIFIC AVENUE, BIG DALTON
WASH AND PUENTE AVENUE FFM A-1 TO
R-lx ZONE CASE NO. Z-94
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as followsr
Section l. That the following described real property„
situated in the vicinity of Merced Avenue, Pacific Avenue, Big
Dalton Wash and Puente Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles,, State of California, namely,, that portion
described as follows:
Beginner at the most westerly corner of Lot 10
Tract No. 26197 as shown on map recorded in Book
665 pages 13 and 1.4 of maps in the office of the
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles; thence
northeasterly along the northwesterly boundary of
said Tract No. 26197 and following the same in all
its various courses to the northeasterly boundary
of Tract 19513 as shown on map recorded in Book
6271 pages 35 and 36, of said Maps, thence east-
erly along last mentioned boundary to the most
easterly corner of Lot 24,said Tract No. 19513,•
thence southwesterly along that certain straight line
in the southeasterly boundary of said let 24 and its
southwesterly prolongation to the southwesterly
boundary of said Tract No. 19513; thence north-
westerly along last-mentioned southwesterly
boundary to the southeasterly line of Lot 31 as
shown on map filed in Book 21, page 47.1. of Licensed
Surveyor's Map, in office of said Recorder; thence
southwesterly along the southeasterly line of said
Lot 31 and its southwesterly prolongation to the
northeasterly boundary of Tract No. 26!}1.x.7 as shown
on map recorded in Book 672 pages 37 38 and
39 of said Maps; thence southeasterly along last
mentioned boundary following the same in all its

westerly along the southwesterly prolongation
of the northwesterly line of said Lot 65 to the
northeasterly line of Merced Avenue, as shown on
map of said Tract 266117; thence northwesterly
along last-mentioned northeasterly line and its
northwesterly prolongation to the southeasterly
line of Big Dalton Avenue, as shown on map of
Tract No. 12057 recorded in Book 225 pages 16
and 17, of said Maps;: thence northeasterly along
last-mentioned southeasterly line to the pro-
longation of the southwesterly line of Lot 6
said Tract No. 12057; thence northwesterly along
last mentioned prolongation to the northwesterly
boundary of said Tract 12057; thence southwesterly
along last-mentioned boundary to the most westerly
corner of Lot 52, of said Licensed Surveyor's Map;
thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line
of Lot 54, of said Licensed Surveyor's Map, to
the most westerly corner of said Lot 54; thence
northeasterly along the northwesterly line of
said Lot 54 to the northeasterly line of said
Lot 54; thence northwesterly along the north-
westerly prolongation of said last-mentioned
northeasterly line to a line parallel with and
811.82 ft., measured at right angles, from the
northwesterly line of Lot 56 of said Licensed
Surveyor's Map; thence northeasterly along last-
mentioned parallel line to a line parallel with
and 255 ft. northeasterly of the northeasterly
line of Lot 15 as shown on map filed in Book 22
page 2 of Licensed Surveyor's Map, in the Office
of said Recorder; thence southeasterly along
last-mentioned parallel line to a line parallel
with and 25 ft. northwesterly measured at right
angles from the southeasterly line of Lot 61,
El Monte Walnut Place as shown art map recorded
in Book 6 page 104, of said Mapa; thence south-
westerly along last-mentioned parallel line to
the northwesterly prolongation of the south-
westerly line of Tract No. 16640 as shown on
map recorded in Book 402 pagep 8 and 9, of said
Maps; thence southeasterly along last-mentioned
northwesterly prolongation and last-mentioned
southwesterly line to the point of beginning.

Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9100.1o4 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and designated as
Section 9100.2 of said Code, is amended as shown on the following

adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after the date of its adoption.
ADOPTION by the CITY COUNCIL, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk this 5th day of September
1961.
