AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE ZONING OF
PROPERTY ON PUENTE AVENUE SOUTH OF
FRANCISQUITO AVENUE, ZONE CASE NO. Z-76.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described property,
situated on Puente Avenue south of Francisquito Avenue,
in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, namely:
The southwesterly 246 feet of the following
described property:
That portion of Lot 25 of El Monte Walnut
Place, in the County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 6, page
104 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County, described as follows:
A) Commencing at the southeast corner of
Lot 185 in Tract 20533; thence south 48 deg. 19
min. 43 sec. East to the Northwest line of Puente
Avenue; thence Northeasterly thereon 389.59 feet;
thence North 48 d.eg. 7 mins. West 254.12 feet;
thence South 64 deg. 34 mins. West to a point
North 41 deg. 53 min. 40 sec. East from the be-
ginning; thence South 41 deg. 53 min. 40 sec.
West 206.78 feet to the beginning.
B) Commencing South 48 deg. 7 mina. East
712.82 feet and South 54 deg. 11 mins. West 81
feet and South 64 d,eg. 34 min. West 58.33 feet
from the most northerly corner of said Lot 25;
thence South 64 deg. 34 mins. West 199.30 feet;
thence South 48 deg. 53 mins. 40 sec. East 183.88
feet; thence South 48 d.eg. 9 mins. 29 sec. East
76.69 feet to the beginning,
is rezoned from R-1 to C-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and
designated as Section 9100.2 of said Code, is amended
as shown on the following map:

adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall take
effect thirty days after the date of its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk this 16th day of
October 1961.
