AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING
A SEWER IMPROVEMENT AND EXTENSION FUND
AND PROVIDING FOR THE DEPOSIT THEREIN
OF SEWER CONNECTION CHARGES, ADDING
SECTIONS 2504 AND 2505 TO THE BALDWI/N
j PARK MUNICIPAL CODE.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin P k does
ordain as Mows:
Sect'on 1. Sections 2504 and 2505 ar hereby
added to the Baa\dwin Park Municipal Code to ead as follows:
2504. S cial Sewer Improvement nd Extension Fund.
There is hereby cre'a`ted in the City Tre ury a special fund
to be known as Sewer''Improvement and xtension Fund."
2505. Same Deposits and xPenditures.
All monies received by the`, City f sewer connection charges
shall be paid into said fund'.an all monies in said fund
shall be expended exclusively' or the improvement and extension
of sewers within the City li its`,of the City of Baldwin Park.
Section 2. The C'ty Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinan and causb.,the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance
shall take effect thi y days after the\date of its adoption.
