AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE
THE ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT
THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF RAMONA BOULEVARD
AND KENMORE AVENUE FROM R-2 AND R-3 TO
C-1, ZONE CASE NO. Z-103-
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real pro-
perty, situated at the southwest corner of Ramona Boulevard
and Kenmore Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, namely, described as
follows:
The southerly 230 feet of the northerly 250
feet of the easterly 300 feet of Lot 5, Tract
No. 718, as shown on map recorded in Book 17,
page 17, of Maps, in the office of the Recorder
of the County of Los Angeles.
is rezoned from R-2 and R-3 to C-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map, adopted by
Section 9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and
designated as Section 9100.2 of said Code, is amended as
shown on the following map, dated October 20, 1961, Z-103,
attached hereto:

adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after the date of its adoption.
ADOPTED by the CITY COUNCIL, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk, this 2nd day of
January 1962.
