AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 5125 N.
ELTON, BALDWIN PARK, FROM A-1 TO M-1.
ZONE CASE NO. Z-108
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:'
Section 1. That the following described real
property, situated at 5125 N. Elton, in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, namely,
that portion described as follows:
The North 80.50 feet of the south one-half
of that certain real property described as
follows:
The north one-half of the west one-half of
the west one-half of the northwest one-quarter
of the northeast one-quarter of Section 8,
Township 1 south, range 10 west, San Ber-
nardino meridian.
Except the north 25 feet thereof included in
Walnut now Bonita) Street by order of Board
of Supervisors recorded in book 13 page 147
of Records in the office of the Supervisors
of said county.
Also except the east 25 feet thereof conveyed
to the county of Los Angeles for road purposes
by deed recorded in book 5744 page 244 of Of-
ficial Records.
PARCEL 2:
The South 50 feet of the north 55 feet of the
west 180 feet of the south half of the northwest
quarter of the northwest quarter of the south-
west quarter of Section 8, Township 1 South
Range 10 West, San Bernardino meridian, in the
county of Los Angeles, state of California,
is rezoned from A-1 light agricultural) to M-1 light manu-
facturing) due to the need of the Dear-Bank Corporation for
more manufacturing space.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and designated as
Section 9100.2 of said Code, is amended as shown on the map at-
tached hereto:

ORD 209ê79wV ×P ê o Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the
manner required by law. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days
after the date of adoption.
ADOPTED by the CITY COUNCIL, signed by the Mayor and attested
by the City Clerk this 12th day of June 1962.
