ORDINANCE NO 215
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF B.ALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 4334
N. WALNUT STREET, BALDWIN PARK, FROM
A-1 TO R-3, ZONE CASE NO. Z-110
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property, situated at 4334 N. Walnut Street, in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
namely, that portion described as follows:
The South 114 feet of the North 324 feet
of the West half of the East half of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 10
West, S.B.B.&lq.
is rezoned from A-1 light agricultural) to R-3 limited
multiple residence).
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and designated as
Section 9100.2 of said Code, is amended as shown on the map
attached hereto;

ORD 215ê79wS ×P ê ‘ Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This ordi-
nance shall take effect thirty days after the date of
adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk this 20th day of August
1962.
