AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 15210
BADILLO STREET, BALDWIN PARK, FROM A-1
TO R-3 AND C-P. ZONE CASE NO. Z-112
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property situated at 15210 Badillo Street, in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
namely, that portion described as follows:
Lot 106 and the westerly 60 feet of Lot 107 of
Tract 962 M.B. 21, pages 74-75 in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-3 and C-P.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as
shown on the map attached hereto:

ORD 217ê79wV ×P ê š Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk this 4th day of
September 1962
