AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF 13ALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP Ol? THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY FRONTING ON HEINTZ
STREET, BEGINNING AT 5129 THROUGH 5053
HEINTZ STREET AND 5130 HEINTZ STREET TO
CRAGMONT STREET, BALDWIN PARK, FROM A-1
TO M-1, ZONE CASE NO. Z-114.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real property
fronting on Heintz Street, beginning at 5129 through 5053
Heintz Street and 5130 Heintz Street to Cragmont Street, in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, namely, that portion described as follows:
Lots 7-12, 29-35 of Tract No. 5731 both sides
of Heintz Street from approximately 320 ft. south
of Arrow Highway to Cragmont Street,
is rezoned from A-1 to M-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as shown
on the map attached hereto:

ORD 218ê79wV ×P ê Ÿ Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after the date of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk this 4th day of September 1962.
