ORDINANCE NO 219
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 4912
AND 4914 ELTON STREET, BALDWIN PARK,
FROM A-1 TO R-1. ZONE CASE NO. Z-127
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property situated at 4912 and 4914 Elton Street, in the
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, namely, that portion described as follows:
Lots 26 and 27 in Tract No. 7701, in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 88
Pages 61 and 62 of Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said county,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as
shown on the map attached hereto:

ORD 219ê79wU ×P ê ¤ Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after the date of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk this 19tliday of November 1962.
