AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT FOUR
CORNERS OF THE INTERSECTION OF BALDWIN
PARK BOULEVARD AND FRANCISQUITO AVENUE,
BALDWIN PARK, FROM A-1 TO C-1, ZONE
CASE NO. Z-111
The, City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Sectio4 1. That the following described real
property, situated at four corners of the intersection of
Baldwin Park Boulexard and Francisquito 4venue, in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles' State of California,
namely, that portion described as fovlows:
1. The 0.63 acres of Rancho La Puente com-
mencing northerly 480 7' westerly 70 feet from
the most easterly corner,of Lot 1 Block A, Tract
No. 11224; thence north*rly 480 7' westerly 160
feet; thence northe ly,'410 53' easterly 170 feet
thence southerly 48 easterly 160 feet; thence
southerly 410 53' westerly to the point of begin-
ning.
2. That portion of',,Tract No. 718 commencing
northeasterly 140,'feet of~ the southeasterly 172
feet of Lot 35.
3. That portion of Rant.ho La Puente commencing
southerly 410'52' 45" wester y 123 feet and northerly
480 07' westerly 90 feet and~outherly 410 52' 45"
westerly 55`feet from the westi~rly corner of the
land descr*,bed in Deed No. 0R22162-184 to Patsy
Salmon; thence northerly 410 52',45" easterly 65
feet; thence southerly 480 07' to the point of be-
ginning.

mencipg northerly 480 07' westerly 260 feet and

attached hereto:

City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause
the same to be pub-

required by law. This ordi-
nance shall take effect thirty
days after the date of adoption.
