AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 5023
BLEECKER STREET, BALDWIN PARK, FROM
A-1 TO R-l. ZONE CASE NO. Z-120.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property situated at 5023 Bleecker Street, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
namely, that portion described as follows:
Lot 31 of Tract 8706, Map Book 113, pages
25-26, in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as
shown on the map attached hereto:

or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after the date of adoption.
