AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 3045,
3047 AND 3053 BIG DALTON, BALDWIN PARK,
FROM A-1 TO R-3. ZONE CASE NO. Z-122
The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does ordain as follows:
Section l. That the following described real
property situated at 3045, 3047 and 3053 Big Dalton, in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, namely, that portion described as follows:
Parcel 20 in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as shown
on Records of Survey, filed in Book 22, Page
27 of Records of Survey, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
3045 and 3047 Big Dalton)
Parcel 21 in the City of Baldwin Park, as
shown on Records of Survey filed in Book 22,
page 27 of Records of Survey in the office of
the County Recorder of said county,
3053 Big Dalton)
is rezoned from A-1 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is
amended as shown on the map attached hereto:

the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk this II day of
October 1962
