AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 3155
N. MANGUM STREET, BALDWIN PARK, FROM
A-1 to R-1. ZONE CASE NO. Z-124
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does Ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property situated at 3155 Mangum Street, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
namely, that portion described as follows:
Lot 3 in Block B" of Tract No. 11390, in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 204, page 41, of Maps in
the office of the County Recorder of said
county.
EXCEPT the northeasterly 50 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPTING all precious metals and ores
thereof, as excepted from the partition be-
tween William Workman and John Rowland, Sr.,
recorded in Book 10, page 39 et seq., of
Deeds,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is
amended as shown on the map attached hereto:

9102.1 OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE.
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 227
DATE: October 15, 1962
ORD 227ê79wV ×P î & Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk this 15 day of
October 1962.
