Section 1.

PARK MUNICIPAL CODE.
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE N0. 230
DATE: November 5, 1962

Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as
shown the map attached hereto.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after the date of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk this day of 1962.

The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:

excepting therefrom the southerly 138 feet
of said lots.
Those properties bounded by Live Oak Avenue on
the North; Olive Street on the South; Merced
Avenue on the West and La Rica Avenue on the
East, EXCEPT the following described parcels
of land:

b) All of Tract No. 21750.
c) All properties lying northerly of the
northwesterly and northerly boundary of
