ZONE C„ CZ CASE NO. Z-118 The Cit Council of the City of Baldwin Park does ordain as follows'; Section 1. That the following described real property bounded by the centerline of Baldwin Park Boulevard on the southeast; the centerline of Monterey Avenue on the north- east; the centerline of Frazier Street on the northwest, and west; and the centerline of Foster Avenue on the southwest, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, excepting the following described parcels of land: a) Lot 32 of Block 14 as shown on Licensed Surveyor's Map No. L.S. 14-30. b) Lot 34 of Block 14 as shown on Licensed Surveyor's Map No. L.S. 14-30. c) That portion of Lot 25, Tract No. 718 described as follows: Beginning akt a point North 41 degrees 53 mins East 485 feet and thence south 48 degrees 7 mins East 236'.86 feet from the most westerly corner of said lot 25; thence south 48 degrees 7 mins East 98.41 feet; thence north 41 degrees 53 mins East 354.79 feet;thence north 48 degrees 6 mins 25 secs west 98.41 feet; thence south 41 degrees 53 mins west 354.77 feet to the point of beginning. d) The southwest 197.50 feet of the northeast 425.00 feet of the southeast 245.68 feet of Lot 26, Tract #718, is rezoned from A-1 to R-1. Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as shown on the map attached hereto: ORD 231ê79wR ×PîF Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of adoption. ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk this day of 1962.
