AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT NORTH-
EAST CORNER OF BADILLO STREET AND
PUENTE AVENUE, BALDWIN PARK, FROM A-1
TO C-M. ZONE CASE NO. Z-123
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property situated at the northeast corner of Badillo
Street and Puente Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, namely, that
portion described as follows:
That portion of Sec. 17, Twp 1S, R. 10W, in
Rancho La Puente, City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 1, pages 43 and 44 of Patents,
in the office of the County Recorder described
as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly
line of Puente Avenue with the southerly line of
East Ramona Blvd., as shown on the map of Tract
962, recorded in Book 21 page 74 and 75 of Maps,
records of said County, thence along the easterly
line of Puente. Avenue, South 40 50' 40" West,

29' 50" E, 571.23 feet, to a point where said line
intersects the southeast line of the 200 foot strip
of land condemned by the Los Angeles County Flood
Control District, final decree of which was recorded
as Instrument #1943 on April 30, 1951, Book 36169,
page 233; thence southwesterly along the said south-
east line 710.55' more or less to the easterly line
of Puente Avenue; thence south along said south-
easterly line to the true point of beginning,
is rezoned from A-1 to M-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as
shown on the map attached hereto:

PARK MUNICIPAL CODE.
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 232
DATE; November 5, 1962
ORD 232ê79wS ×P î N Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk this 5 day of November
1962.
