AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 15000
E. BADILLO STREET, BALDWIN PARK, FROM
A-1 TO R-3. ZONE CASE NO. Z-126
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section l. That the following described real
property situated at 15000 E. Badillo Street, in the
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, namely, that portion described as follows:
That portion of Lots 103, 104 and 132, Tract
No. 962, as shown on map recorded in Book 21,
pages 74 and 75, of Maps, in the office of the
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, bounded
as. follows:
Northerly by the southerly line of El Monte Street,
50 feet wide, as shown on said map; northwesterly
by a line parallel with and 94 feet northwesterly,
measured at right angles, from the southeasterly
line of said Lot 103; southwesterly by a line
parallel with and 264 feet northeasterly, measured
at right angles, from the southerly line of said
lot 103 and southeasterly by a line parallel with
and 100 feet northwesterly, measured at right
angles, from a line described as beginning at a
point in the center line of said El Monte Street,
50 feet wide, distant along said center line N.
860 54' 10" W. 175.10 feet from the center line
of Puente Avenue, 60 feet wide, extending southerly
from said El Monte Street, as said center lines are
shown in County Surveyor's Field Book 520, pages
98, 104, 105 and 204, on file in the office of the
Engineer of said County; thence from said point of
beginning S. 410 33' 58" W. 749.65 feet to the
most southerly corner of said lot 103.
This description describes the land conveyed to the
Baldwin Park Masonic Building Association by deed
recorded in Book D176, page 731, Book D176, page
732, Book D1083, page 632 and Book D1154, page 979,
all of Official Records, in the office of said
recorder,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as
shown on the map attached hereto:

SECTION 91.02.1 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE.
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE N0. 233
DATE: November 5, 1962
ORD 233ê79wS ×P î S Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk this 5 day of
November 1962.
