AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 3832
AND 3834 NO. MERCED AVENUE, BALDWIN
PARK, FROM R-2 TO R-3. ZONE CASE NO.
Z-128
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section l. That the following described real
property situated at 3832 and 3834 No. Merced Avenue,
in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, namely, that portion described as
follows:
Lots 24 and 23 of Tract No. 11978, as per map
recorded in Book 219 at pages 37 and 38 of
Official Records,
is rezoned from R-2 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is
amended as shown on the map attached hereto:

Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk this 5 day of
Nwwmhor 1962.
