AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 4324
WALNUT STREET, BALDWIN PARK, FROM A-1
TO R-3. ZONE CASE NO. Z-130.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property situated at 4324 Walnut Street, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
namely, that portion described as follows:
0.67 ac on E. line of Walnut Street 60 feet
wide commencing south 299 feet from S. line
of Los Angeles Street 50 feet wide; thence
S. 100 feet with a uniform depth of 290
feet E. part of Lot 2 in Sec. 19 T. 1S R 104,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as
shown on the map attached hereto:

ORD 235ê79wU ×P î ] Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk this 19th day of
November 1962.
