AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 13289
EARL AVENUE, BALDWIN PARK, FROM A-1
TO R-1. ZONE CASE NO. Z-132
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property situated at 13289 Earl Avenue, Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, namely, that portion
described as follows:
That portion of Lot 32, Tract No. 8805, as per
map recorded in Book 116, pages 1 and 2 of Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County, lying within the following
described boundary lines:
Beginning at a point in the southwesterly line
of said lot 32 distant northwesterly thereon
80 feet from the centerline of Athol Street;
thence north 48 deg 06 min 36 sec west along
the northerly line of Earl Avenue 150 feet;
thence northeasterly parallel with the center-
line of Athol Avenue 200 feet; thence south-
easterly parallel with the center line of Earl
Avenue 100 feet; thence southwesterly parallel
with the center line of Athol Avenue 100 feet;
thence southeasterly parallel with the center
line of Earl Avenue 50 feet; thence southwesterly
parallel with the centerline of Athol Avenue 100
feet to the point of beginning,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as shown
on the map attached hereto:

SECTION 9102.1 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE.
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 238
DATE December 3, 1962
ORD 238ê79wS ×P î n Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after the date of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk this 3 day of December
1962.
