AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 14822
AND 14826 EAST CENTRAL AVENUE, BALDWIN
PARK, FROM A-1 PO R-1. ZONE CASE NO.
Z-133.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, namely, that portion described as follows:
The southeasterly 106 feet of the northwesterly
319.04 feet of the northeasterly 440.40 feet of
Lot 123, Tract No. 962, in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as shown on map recorded in Book 21, pages 74 and
75 of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Los Angeles,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-1.
Section 2, That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as
shown on the map attached hereto:

the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of
adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk this 17 day of December
