AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 3102,
3108 AND 3114 NORTH BIG DALTON AVENUE,
BALDWIN PARK, FROM A-1 TO R-3. ZONE
CASE NO. Z-134.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real property
situated at 3102, 3108 and 3114 North Big Dalton Avenue, in the
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
namely, that portion described as follows:
Lots 7, 8 and 9 of Tract Number 10855; also those
portions of Lots 10 and 11 of Tract Number 10855
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection the southeasterly
line of North Big Dalton Avenue with the south-
westerly line of said lot 11; thence southeasterly
along said southwesterly line approximately 75 feet
at which point said southwesterly line angles in a
southerly direction; thence from said angle point
northeasterly approximately 85 feet to a similar
angle point in the easterly line of lot 11; thence
northeasterly from said angle point in the easterly
line of Lot 11 a distance of approximately 95 feet
to the most southerly corner of Lot 9; thence north-
westerly along the northeasterly line of Lot 10 a
distance of approximately 100 feet to the southeasterly
line of North Big Dalton Avenue; thence southwesterly
along the southeasterly line of Big Dalton Avenue a
distance of 175 feet to the point of beginning,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as shown on the map
attached hereto:

ORD 240ê79wS ×P î x Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after the date of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk this17 day of December 1962.

The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following real property lo-
cated in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, namely that portion described as follows:
The westerly 15 feet of Lot 25 of Tract No.
5524, M. B. 60 90 as recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles,
is rezoned from R-1 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as shown
on the map attached hereto:
