AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 32 PERTAINING TO CASE
NO. 9, CLARE SCHWEITZER; DECLARING
THE URGENCY THEREOF TO TAKE EFFECT
IMMEDIATELY
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 32, dated' December
17, 1956, Yianging the official comprehensive zoning map
of the City of Baldwin Park and rezoning,,'the property des-
cribed therein, Case No. 9, Clare Schw0itzer, is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. This ordinohce is passed as an
emergency measure, send the Council does, by the vote by
which this ordinance s passed, hereby declare that an
emergency exists which~rkiake's it imperative that this ordi-
nance should become effed~tive forthwith in order that the
public health, welfarq: anka safety might more effectively
be provided for.
ADOPTED by the City \Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk this day of
1962.

THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY FOR THE AREA NORTH
OF LOS ANGELES STREET, EASTERLY OF THE
CITY BOUNDARY AND SOUTHERLY OF THE
WESTERLY EXTENSION OF OLIVE STREET,
AND WESTERLY OF CENTER STREET, BALDWIN
PARK, FROM-A-1 AND M-I TO R-I AND C-2.
ZONE CASE NO. Z-125
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real property
situated north of Los Angeles Street, easterly of the City Boundary
and southerly of the westerly extension of Olive Street and
westerly of Center Street, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, namely, that portion described
as follows:
Parcel 1. To be zoned RI-5000square feet. Those por-
tions of Lots 1l to 10 inclusive of Tract No.
1605, Map Book 20, Page 32, and that portion of Lot 1, Tract
No. 16918, Map Book 396, Pages 10 and I1, lying easterly of
the easterly line of the Los Angeles City Power Line right-
of-way.
Parcel 2. To be zoned RI-6000 square feet. Those por-
tions of Lots 7 to 10, inclusive of Tract No.
1605, Map Book 20, Page 32, that portion of Lot I, Tract No.
16918, Map Book 396, Pages 10 and II and that portion of the
East half of the West half of the Southeast quarter of Section
12-T-1-S, R-1141, lying northerly of line 865 feet northerly
of and parallel with the center line of Los Angeles Street,
westerly of the easterly line of the Los Angeles City Power
Line right-of-way, and southeasterly of line 320 feet southeaster-
ly of and parallel with the southeasterly line of Rivergrade
Road as shown on Los Angeles County Clerkts filed Mao No. 2385-I
and which has a bearing of South L'-!7° 071 15" East.
Parcel 3. To be zoned RI-6000 single family residence.
That portion of the East half of the rJest half
of the Southeast.quarter of Section 12 T-I-S, R-11-W, lying be-
tween lines which are, respectively, 170 feet and 320 feet
southeasterly of the southeasterly line of Rivergrade Road
as shown on Los Angeles County Clerk's filed Map No. 2385-1,
which has a bearing of South 1_;7° 07t 15" East.
Parcel To be zoned C-2 commercial. That portion of
the east half of the West half of the South-
east quarter of Section 12 T-I-S, R-It-'iJ, lying southerly of
a line 865 feet northerly of and parallel with the center line
of Los Angeles Street of Tract No. 16918 as per Map Book 396,
Pages 10 and 11.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as shown on the map
attached hereto:

Parcel 5. Buffer Zone.
The easterly fifty feet of the
southerly 865 feet of the East half of the West half
of the Southeast quarter of Section 12 T-I-S, R-11-W,
is rezoned from A-1 and M-1 to R-1, R-3 and M-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as
shown on the map attached hereto:

adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance
shall take effect thirty days after the date of adoption.
