Ordinance No. 32, dated' December 17, 1956, Yianging the official comprehensive zoning map of the City of Baldwin Park and rezoning,,'the property des- cribed therein, Case No. 9, Clare Schw0itzer, is hereby repealed. Section 2. This ordinohce is passed as an emergency measure, send the Council does, by the vote by which this ordinance s passed, hereby declare that an emergency exists which~rkiake's it imperative that this ordi- nance should become effed~tive forthwith in order that the public health, welfarq: anka safety might more effectively be provided for. ZONE CASE NO. Z-125 The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the following described real property situated north of Los Angeles Street, easterly of the City Boundary and southerly of the westerly extension of Olive Street and westerly of Center Street, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, namely, that portion described as follows: Parcel 1. To be zoned RI-5000square feet.
