THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE
THE ZONING OF PROPh:RTY SITUATED AT
14220 FRANCIsQUITO AVENUE, BALDWIN
PARK, FROM R-1 TO R-3, ZONE CASE
NO. 101
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real property,
situated at 14000 Francisquito Avenue, in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, namely, that
portion described as follows:
That portion of Lot 26, El Monte Walnut Place,
as shown on map recorded in Book 6, Page 104,
o£ Maps in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Los Angeles, within the following
boundaries:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of said
Lot 26; thence northwesterly 303.36 feet along
the northeasterly line of said Lot 26; thence
southwesterly parallel with the southeasterly
line of said Lot 26, a distance of 425.00 feet;
thence southeasterly parallel with said north-
easterly line to said southeasterly line; thence
northeasterly along said southeasterly line to
the point of beginning.
is rezoned from R-1 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Yap adopted by Section 9100.
104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and designated as Section
9100.2 of said Code, is amended as shown on the following map:

ORD 197ê79wV ×P é ª Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the
manner required by law. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days
after the date of its adoption.
ADOPTED by the CITY COUNCIL, signed by the Mayor and at-
tested by the City Clerk this 18th day of February 1963.
