AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON CLARK
STREET, BALDWIN PARK, FROM R-1 TO R-3.
ZONE CASE NO. Z-135
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real prop-
erty situated on Clark Street, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, namely, that
portion described as follows:
Lots 6,7,8,9,10 & 11 of Tract No. 3007.
Lots 18,19,20 and the northerly 262.72 feet
of Lot 21 of Tract No. 2980.
Lots 1,27,28,29,30,31 and the westerly 60 feet
of Lot 26, Wirsterly 15' of Lot 25 of Tract No.
5524,
is rezoned from R-1 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as
shown on the map attached hereto:

adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance
shall take effect thirty days after the date of adoption.

and attested by the City Clerk this 21 day of January
