does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, namely, that portion described as
follows:
Those properties included within the boundary
lines of Tentative Tract No. 27638; and-

adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after the date of adoption.

ZONE CASE NO. Z-136
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does ordain as follows:
Section I. That the following described real property, in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, namely, that portion
described as follows:
Those properties included within the boundary lines of Tentative

is rezoned from A-I to R-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as shown on the map attached hereto:
