AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF THOSE PROPERTIES GENERALLY
BOUNDED BY VINELAND AVENUE ON THE WEST;
BIG DALTON WASH ON THE EAST; THE NORTHERLY
BOUNDARY OF TRACT 26175 ON THE SOUTH AND
BADILLO STREET ON THE NORTH, BALDWIN PARK,
FROM A-1 AND R-2 TO R-3. ZONE CASE NO.
Z-137.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property bounded by Vineland Avenue on the West; Big Dalton
Wash on the East; the northerly boundary of Tract 26175 on
the south and Badillo Street on the North, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
namely that portion described as follows:
Those portions of Lots 103, 117 and 118 of Tract
No. 962, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California within the following des-
cribed boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of the northeasterly
line of Tract No. 26175 as shown on map recorded in Book
665, page 17 and 18 of said Maps, with the northwesterly
line of said Lot 118; thence northeasterly along said
northwesterly line and the northwesterly line of said
Lot 103, to the most northwesterly corner of said Lot
103; thence South 860 33' 00 East along the northerly
line of said Lot 103 a distance of 339.31 ft.; thence
South 240 09' 30" West to the northeasterly line of the
southwesterly 264 feet of said Lot 103; thence easterly
along said northeasterly line to the northeasterly pro-
longation of the easterly line of said Tract 26175; thence
southwesterly along said northeasterly prolongation to
the northeasterly line of said Tract No. 26175; thence
northwesterly along last mentioned northeasterly line to
the point of beginning,
is rezoned from A-1 and R-2 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as shown
on the map attached hereto:

ORD 244ê79wR ×P î Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after the date of adoption.
ADOPTED. by the City Council, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk this 21 day of January
1963.
