AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 4437,
4447 N. STEWART AVENUE, BALDWIN PARK,
FROM A-1 TO R-3. ZONE CASE NO. Z-121
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property situated at 4437, 4447 N. Stewart Avenue, in the
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, namely, that portion described as follows:
The easterly 310 feet of Lot 143, Tract No.
4624 approximately 335 feet north of Los
Angeles Street,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is
amended as shown on the map attached hereto:

ORD 245ê79wS ×P î • Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in
the manner required by law. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
days after the date of adoption.
Section 4. That all ordinances inconsistent herewith, are
hereby repealed and rescinded.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk this 21 day of January 1963.
