THE CITY OF BALDNIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT 4442 BRESEE,
QALDMIN PARK, FROM A-I TO R-3.
ZONE CASE
NO. Z-121
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does Ordain
as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real property situated
at 4442 Bresee Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, namely, that portion described as follows:
The Westerly 310 feet of Lot 143, Tract No. 4624,
situated at 4442 Bresee approximately 335 feet North
of Los Angeles Street between North Stewart Avenue
and Bresee Avenue,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as shown on the map attached
hereto:

the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of adoption.
