AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE
THE ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT
3258 N. FRAZIER, BALDWIN PARK, FROM
A-1 TO R-l. ZONE CASE NO. Z-138
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property situated at 3258 N. Frazier, in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, namely
that portion described as follows:
Those portions of Lot 39 of Tract No. 718 in
the County of Los Angeles described as the south-
easterly 65 feet of the northwesterly 268.71 feet
of the northeasterly 130 feet, and
the southeasterly 50 feet of the northwesterly
318.71 feet of the northeasterly 130 feet, and
the southeasterly 100 feet of the northwesterly
448.71 feet of the northeasterly 130 feet, and
the northeasterly 245 feet of the northwesterly
448.71 feet excepting the southwest 194.16 feet
of said land, and the northeasterly 97.06 feet
of the southwesterly 194.16 feet of the north-
westerly 448.71 feet of said Lot 39,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as shown
on the map attached hereto:

9102.1 OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE.
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 247
DATE: February 4, 1963
ORD 247ê79wS ×P î ž Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after the date of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk this 4 day of February
1963.

NOES: COUNCILMEN NONE
