AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE
THE ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT
3715 N. GRACE, BALDWIN PARK FROM A-1
TO R-1. ZONE CASE NO. Z-139
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property situated at 3715 N. Grace, in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, namely
that portion described as follows:
The south 61 feet of Lot 2 of Tract 8805 as
per map recorded in Book 116, pages 1 and 2
of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County of Los Angeles,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as
shown on the map attached hereto:

9102.1 OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE.
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE N0. 248
DATE: February 4, 1963
ORD 248ê79wR ×P î £ Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after the date of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk this 4 day of February
1963.
