AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE
THE ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT
13042 FRANCISQUITO AVENUE, BALDWIN
PARK, FROM R-1 TO C-P. ZONE CASE
NO. Z-140
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property situated at 13042 Francisquito Avenue, in the
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of Cali-
fornia, namely that portion described as follows:
Lot 18 of Tract 12441 as per map recorded in Book
295, pages 14 and 15, of Maps in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles
is rezoned from R-1 to C-P.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as shown
on the map attached hereto:

adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
to°e effect thirty days after the date of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk this 4 day of February
1963.
