AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE
THE ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT
3461 AHERN DRIVE, BALDWIN PARK, FROM
A-1 TO R-1. ZONE CASE NO. Z-141
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property situated at 3461 Ahern Drive, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
namely, that portion described as follows:
Lot 1 of Tract 13944 M. B. 285-42 as recorded
in the office of the County Recorder in the
County of Los Angeles,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as
shown on the map attached hereto:

the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk this 4 day of
February 1963
