THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE
THE ZONING OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT
5054, 5055, 5103, 5104, 5111, 511,5,
5116, 5122, 5128, 5129, 5135 BLEER
STREET, BALDWIN PARK, FROM A-1 Td M-1.
ZONE CASE NO. Z-142
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property situated at 5054, 5055, 5103, 5104, 5111, 5115,
5116, 5122, 5128, 5129, 5135 Ble-ker Street, in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of Cali-
fornia, namely, that portion described as follows:
Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 36-42 of Tract
8706, Map Book 113, pages 25 and 26, in the
county of Los Angeles,
is rezoned from A-1 to M-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is
amended as shown on the map attached hereto:

the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of adoption.

February 1963
