AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE ZONING
OF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13410 FRANCISQUITO
AVENUE, BALDWIN PARK, FROM A-1 TO R-1,
ZONE CASE NO. Z-143
The City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following real
property
located at 13410 Francisquito Avenue, in the City
of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California,
namely that portion described as follows:
Lot 2, Tract No. 11801 as shown on map
recorded in Book 218 page 35 of Maps
in
the office of the Recorder of the
County
of Los Angeles,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-1.
Section 2. That the zoning map adopted
by
Section 9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
is amended
as shown on the map attached hereto:

adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner required by law. This ordinance
shall take effect thirty days after the date of adoption.
