AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 2201 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE REDUCING THE MEMBER-
SHIP OF THE BALDWIN PARK PLANNING COMMISSION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2201 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code is amended to read as follows:
2201. Members. Said Planning Commission shall
consist--o-f-flve members who shall be qualified
electors of the City, one of whom may be an
officer of the City. Of the members of the
Commission first appointed hereunder, two shall
be for the term of four years and three for the
term of two years. Their successors shall be
appointed for terms of four years. If vacancies
shall occur, otherwise than by expiration of term,
they shall be filled by appointment for the
unexpired portion of the term. Members shall be
appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the
City Council."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance, and shall post or publish the same in the
manner prescribed by law.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this ILLth day of
February 1963.
