ORDINANCE N0, 258
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWI N PARK Ab1ENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID
CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
FROM ZONE A-1 TO ZONE R-1. Zone Case No, Z- 14_ 5
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1, That that certain real property located
at 4126 Center Street in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described
as follows:
The southerly 60 feet of Lot 45, Valley View
Acres, as shown on that certain map recorded
in Book 12, at pages 86 and 87 of maps on
file in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles,
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone Awl to Zone R-1.
SECTION 2, That the Zoning Map adopted by Bection
9102,1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended
in the manner and as is shown on that certain map attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference marked Exhibit A".
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner prescribed by law,
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 20 day of Nfareh-:. 1963.
