AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID
CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
FROM ZONE A-1 TO ZONE R-1. Zone Case No. Z lab
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLONS:
SECTION 1. That that certain real property located
at 3342 Vineland Avenue in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described
as follows
The northeasterly 46 feet of the southwesterly
92 feet of the northeasterly half of the north-
westerly half of Lot 40 of El Monte Walnut Place
as per map recorded in Book 6, page 104 of Maps
on file in the Office of the Recorder of said
County. Excepting therefrom that portion thereof
lying southeasterly of the northwesterly line of
the Flood Control right of way as recorded in
Book 43436, at page 45 of said Official Records,
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone A-1 to Zone R-1.
SECTION 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended
in the manner and as is shown on that certain map attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference marked Exhibit A".
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner prescribed by law.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 20 day of Jr--cmrj, 1963.
