AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF.THE CITY TO CHANGE
THE ZONING OF THOSE PROPERTIES IN-
CLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARY.LINES OF
TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 27638 AND THE
REMAINDER OF THOSE PROPERTIES BOUNDED
BY THE CENTERLINES OF SALISBURY ST.,
BARNES AVE., CHELSFIELD ST. AND THE
WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE LOS ANGELES
WATER AND POWER RIGHT-OF-WAY, BALDWIN
PARK, FROM A-1 TO R-1. ZONE CASE
NO. Z-136
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does ordain
as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real property,
In the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, namely, that portion described as follows:
Those properties included within the boundary
lines of Tentative Tract No. 27638; and the
remainder of these properties bounded by the
centerlines of Salisbury Street, Barnes Avenue,
Chelsfield Street and the westerly boundary of
the Los Angeles Water and Power Right-of-Way,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended as shown on
the map attached hereto:

of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in
the man6er required by law. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
days after the date of adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and attested
by the City Clerk this 20 day of March 1963,
