AN ORDINANCE OF THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALW IN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID
CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
FROM ZONE R-1, R-3 AND P TO C-2. Zone Case No. Z-152)
FOLLO.%dS: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALaVIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1. That that certain real property located westerly
of Maine Avenue between Clark and Falm Streets in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly de-
scribed as follows
All of Lots 8 and 9 and the westerly 50 feet of Lots
5, 6 and 7 of Tract No. 2102 as recorded in Book 22,
page 18, and Lots 9, 10, 11, 12 and the westerly 331.70
feet of Lots I through 8 inclusive of Tract No. 1342 and
the northerly 163 feet of Lot C" of the afore-mentioned
Tract No. 2102 as recorded in Book 18 pages 122 and 123
of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles.
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zones R-1, R-3 and P to C-2.
SECTION 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended in the manner as shown on
that certain map marked Exhibit A" attached hereto and incorporated herein
by this reference.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the manner
prescribed by law.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 20 day of March 1963.
